Delivery Information

We have a variety of shipping options available at checkout including:

  • Royal Mail First Class (1-2 business days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days)

  • Evri Standard (2-4 business days)

  • Evri Next Day (1-2 business days)

Shipping options only impact shipping times, and not the processing time. Please ensure you leave enought time to receive your order. 

 

You will receive a despatch notification once your item is on its way. Tracking numbers will only be provided where a tracked option has been selected.

Please note that all shipping time-frames are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays once an item has been handed to the courier, including periods of industrial action, weather disruption, or seasonal postal delays. If you require a guarantee, please choose the Next Day Guarantee option at checkout, where extra coverage and insurance is provided for delays.

If your item has not been received within:

  • 10 working days from the expected delivery date

please get in touch so that we can open an investigation and help resolve the issue.​

Return & Exchange Policy

We're committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase. Below you'll find all the details about our refund policy, please read carefully before placing your order.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on custom-made, personalised or digital orders - unless the item is faulty, or we've made a mistake. Gift cards and 'last chance' items are also excluded from the return policy.

Our refund/exchange policy lasts 30 days. If you require a refund, please contact us first to initiate the process.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless faulty or incorrect) and we'd recommend a tracked service for your peace of mind

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or the method used.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
